Casual Carats offers complimentary shipping for any item that you would like to return. Simply email us for a return authorization and return label at email@example.com. Then drop off your package at the nearest Post Office or UPS, depending on which label you receive.

Products purchased at an authorized Casual Carats retailer must be returned at that retailer. Items ordered online can only be returned online. You may initiate a return through www.casualcarats.com.
