Articles are accepted for exchange or a full refund within 10 days of receipt. All items must be in saleable condition and in original packaging. Some exclusions may apply.  Please note that all custom items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. ALL sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Exchanges for a different size will be accepted but there will be no free shipping back.  

Casual Carats offers a one-time complimentary shipping for any item that you would like to return within the continental United States. Simply email us for a return authorization and return label at info@casualcarats.com.

How to Return an Item
Products purchased at an authorized Casual Carats retailer must be returned at that retailer. Items ordered online can only be returned online. You may initiate a return through www.casualcarats.com.
