FAQs

How long do silicone rings last?

Our silicone rings are incredibly durable! With normal wear, customers enjoy them for years. We back them with a one-year warranty, but most of our clients tell us they keep looking great much longer than that.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders placed Monday-Friday within 2-5 business days. Choose Standard (3-5 days), Express (2 days), or Next-Day shipping depending on how quickly you need your new bling. Weekend orders kick off processing on Monday. You can see the full information about the shipping policy here

Is there a warranty on the rings?

Of course we do! We'll fix or replace your ring free of charge within the first year. This covers damage to both the silicone and the setting. After that first year, we can still help you out with replacement silicone for $29.95. See the extended warranty policy here.

Are silicone rings worth it?

Ask our customers who've saved their fingers from injuries or their expensive wedding bands from damage! Silicone rings give you peace of mind during workouts, yard work, or any hands-on activities. Plus, they're comfy enough to forget you're wearing one.

Do silicone rings smell?

Nope! Our silicone doesn't hold odors like cheaper materials might. Just clean it regularly with soap and water, especially after sweaty activities, and it'll stay fresh.

Are silicone rings safe for work?

They're perfect for work! Mechanics, nurses, electricians, and construction workers love them because they won't catch on machinery or conduct electricity. Many jobs actually require non-metal rings for safety.

Can you be allergic to silicone rings?

Hardly ever! Many customers come to us because they have developed metal allergies. If you notice irritation, it's usually just trapped moisture – give your finger some air, and you'll be good to go.

Do silicone rings stretch over time?

Not much at all. Our silicone keeps its shape through thick and thin. After months of constant wear, you might notice minimal stretching, but nothing like what happens with cheap silicone products.

How to clean silicone wedding rings?

Soap, water, and a quick scrub is all it takes! Put a drop of dish soap in warm water, let your ring soak for a few minutes, gently clean with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and dry. So easy you can do it while brushing your teeth!

How to size silicone rings?

Measure your finger when it's not cold (which makes it smaller) or hot (which makes it bigger). Many customers go down a quarter size from their metal ring size for a snug fit, since our silicone has a bit of natural give.

Are silicone rings sized differently?

We use standard ring sizing, but here's a tip: many customers prefer going down a quarter size from their metal ring measurement. Thanks to silicone's natural flexibility, this gives a secure fit without being too tight.
