Caring for your Casual Carats® Rubber and Diamond Bracelet

Protect your bracelet by removing it before applying any beauty products such as perfume, skincare or lotions.  Certain chemicals in these products will discolor and damage the rubber. Extend the life of your bracelet by removing it before swimming or bathing.

When doing household chores, it’s best to remove your bracelet as items like essential oils, laundry detergents and abrasive cleaners may damage the rubber. Be aware that repeated contact with dark textiles will discolor light colored bracelets.

To clean your bracelet

  1. Put a few drops of dish soap into a bowl of warm water. Dip a cotton cloth in the soapy water and use it to wipe down your bracelet.
  2. Put the bracelet in the water and submerge it for a few minutes.
  3. Remove the bracelet from the soapy water and lay it on a cotton cloth. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean any remaining dirt or debris, using soft, circular motions. No overly-aggressive scrubbing.
  4. Rinse off any remaining soap from the bracelet.  Dry with a cotton or microfiber cloth. Make sure your bracelet is completely dry before wearing it again.  Do not dry in direct sunlight as UV rays decrease the lifespan of your bracelet.
